Update an operative's organisations from portal - 8.137.0 (10/06/2022)

We have now given our customers the ability to add operatives to sites directly from the portal.

To change an operative organisation please follow the steps below.

Users > operatives or Site Operatives > Organisation (Select from drop down) > Select Name > Edit Account > Organisation (change in dropdown) > Apply to all sites > Save

This will allow you to update the operatives organisation on all sites they are enrolled on.

• You can now change an operatives organisation on mass via the portal.

• Allow users to update an operative’s site organisation on all sites when changing the operative’s portal org.
