Site PC - Manage Users - Adding cards to a profile

To add a competency card to an operatives profile go to the Main Menu and select Manage Users and then Browse Users

From the list of people registered at site double click the Name of the User

The user’s profile will display select the Site tab in blue writing select Add qualification in the blue bar

Select the name of the qualification from the dropdown box

Enter the reference number of the qualification

Enter the expiry date of the qualification

If you’re confident the qualification is genuine select yes on the Manual Verification option

Click Add

The new qualification will be added to the list in the operative’s profile.
