Report on operatives created in the portal - 8.131.0 (22/03/2022)

In this release you will now be able to see when operatives are registered to a site through our Business Intelligence tool Sense.

• Add operative_registered_facts baseline data connection.
• Add operative registration facts for both sites and the portal
  • Also back-populate this table for operatives already created

Other changes

• An alert is shown to users using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) warning them that their browser is no longer supported.
