Record multiple documents against qualifications - 8.132.0 (01/04/2022)

In this release you will now be able to record multiple documents against qualifications. 

To add multiple qualifications follow the steps below. 

Users > Operatives / Site Operatives > Profile > Qualifications > Add another or select qualification > Choose files

Benefits

Useful for customers who want to capture multiple pieces of evidence for a qualification, for example if someone has more than one SMSTS qualification that is valid.

New Features 

• Support multiple documents against qualifications in:
  • Current portal
  • Classic Biosite portal
  • Online induction
  • Add as many docs as you want.

Other changes

• Qualification documents can now be downloaded in the classic portal and online induction.
• The organisation administrators screen has been redesigned.
• The “CSCS or partner” label has been updated to correct some incorrect card classifications.
• We fixed an issue with translations in the briefing manager.
