Site PC - Configure - Access Periods

The aim of this guide is to assist with changing access periods on the local system. 

Access periods determine the clock-in periods.

• In the local system, click Configure then Access periods

• • 24/7 access period is by default for Staff members- this means they can clock in 24/7
  • Mon-Sat access period is by default for Contractors - this means they can clock in between Monday to Saturday with some time restrictions

• To change the access period click on the edit icon on Mon-Sat The times will display

Notes

• • Day 1 is a Monday with Day 7 being a Sunday
  • Setting a day as None means it's a non-working day and Contractors cannot clock in that day
  • Setting a day as All day means Contractors can clock in on time
  • Setting a day as Specific times means you can control the earliest time a contractor can clock in and the last time they can clock in.

Please note: Access periods control the clock in times

• Go through each of the days and set the clock in periods. 
• You can use the arrows the change the time shown in the From & Until fields.
