Time and Attendance Board - how to use

  • Updated
  • The red LED shows the readers are ready for use
  • The reader on the left is to clock in 
  • The reader on the right is to clock out

  • To clock in or out press your finger on one of the readers 
  • The yellow LED will light up once a fingerprint has been captured for processing 
  •  The green LED will light to show clock in/out was successful

  • If the LED light returns directly to red without flashing clean your finger and try again
  • If the yellow LED flashes you have been recognised but have not followed the correct entry procedure. (You may need to clock in on Hazard board first)
  • If the red LED flashes you have been recognised but access has been denied contact site team
