Reports - generating portal enterprise reports

Enterprise reports allow you to run reports across multiple sites

• In the Portal click on Reports then click Enterprise

• Select the report you would like to run- in this example, we are running the online induction report.
• The report filters display in the middle of the screen

• Click Organisations 
• Configure what you would like included in the report.

• Click Smart fields
• Select the fields you would like included in the report

• If you would like to save the configuration, click Save configuration and type in a name, and click Save

Any saved reports will display in the Saved configurations section (on the left)

• To run the report click Generate report
• You can then Print or Export the report
