Site PC - Manage Users - Releasing a user from the Holding Pen

For instructions on how to configure the holding pen please click here

• On the Main menu in the local system, click Manage Users
• Click Holding Pen

A list of users in the holding pen will be displayed. The last column shows the reason they are in the holding pen

• Search for the user you would like to release- you can either scroll down or use the search bar
• Click on the 3 dots in the last column

The reason the user is in the holding pen will be displayed. 

If the user is no longer at the site and will not be returning- you can delete their profile by clicking Delete -please note this cannot be undone

Expired Credentials

• To release the user from the holding pen click Edit User details 
• Click Site and find the credentials section

• Find the expired credentials 
• Add the new credentials and remove the expired ones.

• Once done Save the profile
• The user will now be removed from the Holding Pen
