The Daily Access Summary report is used to report on the earliest time each user signed in and the latest time they signed out of the site for each day in a specified date range.
If you would like the complete record of users' access events for the site please run the Daily Access (Complete) instead.
- In the Portal go to Reports then select Site reports
- Select your site
- Click Time & Attendance then select Daily Access (summary)
- Select your from date and to date
- Click on Calculation- select the options you would like, there relate to time durations
- Click Organisations- select the Organisations you would like to run the report for
- Click Zones - select the Zones you want to report on
- Click Access Groups- select the groups you want to report on
- Click User fields- select the fields you would like added to the report.
- You can use the search field to filter through the list
- Click on Formatting- specify how you want the report to display
- Click on Access Report - specify the options you want included in the report
- Click Generate
