This report is used to summarise the total number of people accessing the site over a period.
- In the portal click Reports
- Click Site Reports then select your Site
- Click Time & Attendance then select Total Access
- Select your from date and to date
- Click Organisations- select the Organisations you would like to run the report for
- Click Zones - select the Zones you want to report on
- Click Access Groups- select the groups you want to report on
- Click on Formatting- specify how you want the report to display
- Click on User Types- select which user types you want to include in the report
- Click on Calculation- select the options you would like, there relate to time durations
- Click Generate
