Configuration - adding media to the induction flow

• In the portal click on All Tools then Configuration

• In the Operative Configuration section click Induction
• Click Flow - the various inductions steps will be displayed

Adding a video

Please note you will need to send us the video for encoding prior to adding it to your induction flow 

• To add an Induction Video - scroll down and click + Add Induction video
• This will now show in the induction steps - you can add a step multiple times if needed
• Click on the Settings icon

• Give the video a name 
• Type in the confirmation text- this text will be displayed after the video finishes, and the user will have to read it before continuing
• In the video field select the video you want to show

Adding a slide show

• Slide shows will need to be added as images (JPEG/PNG)  1 at a time
• Click Add Induction Slideshow - the section will be added above

• Click on the Settings icon
• Click Add Icon- you will be taken to your file explorer, find the folder with the images you want to add and click Open
• The image will be added - you may have to scroll down to see the uploaded image

• To move the image click on the 3 lines by the image and drag up or down

• You can add a minimum slide time so that users have to spend a certain amount of time per slide
• To add the time scroll down and enter the Minimum Slide time
• Once done click save

• Induction steps can be moved up and down by clicking on the 3 lines by the step and dragging up or down
• Click Save
