The Individual User report is used to show comprehensive details for specific users.
- In the Portal go to Reports then select Site reports
- Select your site
- In the Basic section select Individual User
- Type in the Users name in the User search box, click the Green tick once you find them
- You can type in more names if needed.
- To remove a user click on the Red X
- Click User Fields- select the fields you would like displayed in the report
- Click User Records - choose what you would like included in the report
- Click Extra User Images- choose which images you would like included in the report
- Click Dates - select the From date and To date for your report
- Click Formatting - choose if you would like each user on a new page
- Click Calculation (these options relate to time & duration)
- Specify your duration requirements.
- Click Access Summary Zones - this is only used for the "Include Daily Summary" and "Include Weekly Summary" records.
- Select if you would like to run the report for all zones, otherwise select Let me choose and select the relevant zones
- Click Generate
