The roll call report on the Portal can be used to report who is on-site, correct as of the last synchronisation of site data.
Portal reports can be run whilst you are offsite/out of the site office
- In the Portal go to Reports then select Site reports
- Select your site
- In the Basic section select Roll Call
- Select the Zones you would like to run the report for
- Click on Organisations and select the organisations you want to run the report for
