Reports - generating the roll call report

The roll call report on the Portal can be used to report who is on-site, correct as of the last synchronisation of site data.

Portal reports can be run whilst you are offsite/out of the site office

In the Portal go to Reports then select Site reports
Select your site

In the Basic section select Roll Call

Select the Zones you would like to run the report for
Click on Organisations and select the organisations you want to run the report for

Click on User Fields select the fields you want displayed in the report
Click on Formatting and select how you would like your report formatted
Click Generate once done
