Reports - generating the accreditations report

• In the portal click Reports
• Click Site Reports  then select your Site

• Select the Advanced Section
• Then click Accreditations

• Set the accreditation options
• You can specify if you just want to run the report for expiring accreditation

Click Credentials- select the credentials you want to run the report for. You can use the filter search box to look through the list

• Select Organisations -select the organisations you want the report to be based on
• Select Access Groups -select the access groups you want the report to be based on
• Click User Types-select the user types you want the report based on
• Click on Formatting and select how you would like your report formatted
• Select User Fields -select the fields you want included in the report.

• Click Generate
