The Automatic clockout report is used to identify users who were automatically clocked out during a specific period
- In the portal click on Reports
- Then click on Site reports, select your site

- Click Time & Attendance then select Automatic clockout

- Select your from date and to date
- Click Organisations- select the Organisations you would like to run the report for

- Click User fields
- Select the fields you would like added to the report.
- You can use the search field to filter through the list

- Click Formatting
- Select the format for your report and specify how you would like the time displayed.
- Click Generate- this report can be printed or downloaded as a PDF and CSV
