Users - disabling access cards

• In the portal navigate to Users 
• Select the Organisation from the drop-down list

• Search for the operative and click on their name
• Click on the Access Cards section

• Click on the Access Card for the correct site
• To disable the card click on Yes on the Blocked field- you may enter a reason
• Once done click Save
