- In the Portal go to Reports then select Site reports
- Select your site
- In the Carbon section click on User by Postcode
- Select a From date and To date
- Click Postcodes

Enter full or partial strings of the postcode. If you enter a partial string the report will include all postcodes with that starting string

Leave blank to show results for all postcodes.
- Once you have entered the postcode click on the submit button
- Enter any other postcodes required in the report- to remove a postcode click on the x
- Click Content Options
- Select which sections you would like to display in the report
- Click Zones- select the Zones you would like to run the report against
- Click Organisations- select which organisations you would like included in the report
- Click Access Groups- select the access group you would like included in the report
- Click Formatting- specify how you would like the report displayed and printed
- Click User Fields-select which information you would like included in the report e.g Trade
- Click Calculation
- Select the options you would like, there relate to time durations
- Click Generate, the report can be printed, downloaded as PDF & CSV
