This guide is for admins who need to approve Ban report cards in the Portal.
- In the Portal, click on Access Control
- Any issued report cards that require approval will display

To filter through the list you can either use the search bar or click Settings Applied
- Click on the filter you would like to apply.
Once set click the tick icon
- To approve a report card, click on the issued date
Once in this view, you can see who issued the card and the reason given. You can also see the date and time the card was issued

Click on the Apply to all sites button - this approves the card
- To delete the report card, click the Delete Card button
To view previously issued report cards
- Click Settings applied
- Click Access control consequence and untick the filter
- Click the tick icon - the report cards will now show
