Merging users is usually completed when adding a user to the Site PC, who has previously been enrolled at another site or the user has completed the Online Induction.
- Once you have captured fingerprints and selected Induction code or Add Operative, if a matching profile or profiles are found you will get the below screen.
- Click More information to view information associated with the operative profiles.
- If you are happy that the profile belongs to the same operative you are adding, tick select this user tick box
- Please double-check that the profiles belong to the same operative (before merging) as you cannot undo a merge
- If the operative has previously been issued report cards, a blue banner will display. You may click on this if you would like to see issued report cards.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, clicking Terminate will stop the enrolment of the operative.
- Clicking Merge Profiles merge the 2 profiles ensuring that you have 1 profile per operative
- Please double-check that the profiles belong to the same operative (before merging) as you cannot undo a merge
- Once clicked you can continue adding the operative.
