Users - adding operatives to a site (Biosite System Admin)

For an operative to be added to a site through the portal, they need to have been invited to complete online induction and they need to have completed their induction

• From the dashboard select the User icon on the left of the screen
• Then select the Site operatives from the left of the screen
• Navigate to the required site from the list of sites available

• Click Add operatives to site
• Search for the organisation in the organisation search bar

 A list of operatives for that company will display. Operatives who haven't been invited to complete online induction completed online induction will display in gray

Select the operative you would like to add to the site

• Select the appropriate user type
  
• Select the Access Group if required
  
• Select the date range that the operative will have access to the site.

If the "valid until date" is left blank that person will have access to the site for the length of the project

• Click Next

• Enter the basic trade
  
• Enter the mode of transport
  
• Enter the distance to work from their home
  
• If the operative will stay locally during the week mark the user has a separate journey during the week
  
• Click Add to site
