Site PC - Configure - Create a new system administrator account

• In the Local System click on Configure then Advanced
• Click User Accounts

• Click New User
• Enter the Username  and Create a Password
• Click Permissions

• Set the User permissions as per your Company Role Profiles document
• To set permissions click on the relevant section to view the permissions available
• Once done click Add
