Training Hub - Complete the Online Induction

Welcome to the Training Hub! As part of your first-time login, follow these steps to complete the Online Induction:

Access your profile

• Log in to your account
• Navigate to All tools > Training
• Click the Open profile/registration button.

Privacy statement

• Agree to the privacy statement by ticking the I agree boxes.

Fill in your details

• • Complete all required fields (RED highlighted fields are mandatory).

Adding qualifications

• Explore CSCS Alliance card types to see the available schemes
• Click Add qualification.

• Use the Find qualifications from CSCS Card option for CSCS Alliance cards
• Provide:
  • Scheme/card type (from your CSCS Alliance card)
  • Registration number (printed on the front of your card)
  • Your surname (auto-populated from previous details)
• Click Add to save the qualification
• If automatic verification is enabled, your card will be verified upon addition.

• Use the Add cards and qualifications manually option for non-CSCS qualifications (e.g., First Aid, Medicals, SMSTS):
  • Search for the qualification from the list
  • Add any associated reference number
  • Specify the expiry date
  • Upload a copy of your qualification
  • Your surname (auto-populated from previous details)
  • You can upload multiple documents for the same qualification e.g. front and back of the card.

Slideshow or video (if applicable)

• Some inductions include a slideshow or video (not always provided by Principal Contractors).

Quizzes

• Complete any site quizzes.

Induction code

• After completing the induction, your unique operative code will be displayed
• Use this code to speed up the induction processes on-site.

Email confirmation

• Your code will be emailed to you, along with a QR code for on-site registration.

• If you need further assistance during your induction, contact your Biosite Portal or Organisation Administrator.
