Deliveries (DMS) - subcontractor instructions

• Click the link in the email inviting you to use the Biosite Delivery Management System

• If you do not have an account already contact the site manger for the password
• Enter the password and login

• Click the create icon make a booking request
• Select the date of delivery and slot and click Next

• If there are any documents you are required to read download these and have a read, once done confirm you have read them and click continue

• Fill in the form including time and duration you need for your delivery
• Any field in red is mandatory to complete the form
• Select any equipment available that you may need to unload your vehicle at site
• Click Save once done

• Your booking request will now display in the schedule in blue until the site management team approve the booking
• Your booking request will now display in the schedule in green confirming that the site is expecting your delivery

• Repeat the process for your next delivery
