- In the portal select Deliveries, then select the site required from the list of sites
Resource Configuration
- Select the Resource Configuration
- To add a new gate click the New Gate button
- You can edit/delete an existing gate by clicking on the Edit button or Delete Icon
- Click on the Zones tab
- These are the areas on site where you will load and unload deliveries
- Click New Zone to add a zone
- Click on the Delivery Slots tab
- These are the physical bays in which vehicles are unloaded
- You can have multiple Delivery slots side by side in the same Zone
- Click New Delivery Slot
- Enter the slot availability
- Click the Equipment tab
- Click the New Equipment Resource button, to add any equipment available to unload
- Type in the Name and specify the availability and zone it's available in.
- Click Save
Notifications
- Click on Notifications
- Enter the email address of the person who will accept or reject booking requests
- Click in the Blue cross to add the email
Tick the boxes to set email notification preferences
- Daily list of requests
- Immediate notification of request
- Send an email when changes are made
- Send an email status changes
- Click save
Booking Configuration
- Click Booking Configuration
- Set whether a phone number should be provided and how much notice must be given for bookings.
- Set the minimum amount of time to make a delivery and whether bookings should be restricted to multiples of that time slot.
- Add any notes that the person booking must read when making a booking.
- Click on the Vehicle Types tab
- If you need to know what vehicle is coming in advance select yes to vehicle type mandatory . This will also make it mandatory to select a vehicle type when the delivery is accepted at the gate.
- Then click +Add to add the vehicle description required then click on the tick to save
- Click on the Destinations tab (if required)
- You can add specific destinations for the load
- Click on the Add
- Click on the Documents tab
- Click on the Upload icon to upload an documents e.g RAMS or Traffic Management policies suppliers need to read and agree to before making a delivery.
- Click Save once done
