This user guide has been created to help Biosite Portal Administrators set up Organisation (subcontractor) Administrators, via the Biosite Portal.
- Select Users from the menu and select Organisation admins
- Click Add administrator
- Select Organisation from the drop down box

Type in the organisation admins email address and click Next

Type in the organisation admins email address and click Next
- Select which sites the admin can perform functions at
- Click Save
- The new organisation admin will now display in the list
To deactivate or reset the password click on the organisation administrators email.
- To deactivate click No on account can login then click Save
- To send a password reset link click Send password reset
It is possible to amend the permissions that an individual Organisation Administrator has.
- Clicking 'General permissions' and select the appropriate permissions for that administrator.
- Click Save
