- In portal and click Deliveries
- Find your site in the list
- Once you click on your site- you will be shown the calendar.
- Click Invite User
- Enter the email address of the subcontractor (person making the booking) and click Next.
The system will look to see if the email exists for a user already.
- If that email is not associated with an account, you will be asked to enter the subcontractors name, surname and company they work for.
- If this email is already linked to an account, this step will be skipped.
- Click Next
- Confirm the details and click Send Invitation.
You will get a confirmation that the invite has been sent and asked if you would like to invite another. If not, just click Cancel.
