This guide will go through how to setup and book site inductions
Room Configuration
Adding a Session
Booking Operatives
- In the portal click on All Tools then Site Inductions
- Select your Site
Room Configuration
- Click Room configuration then Add Room
- Enter the name of the room where the training will take place
- Click Add
- The room will appear in a list below the text box. If an error has been made the name
can be deleted by clicking on the red bin. - Repeat the process if additional rooms are available.
Adding a Session
- Click Add sessions
- Enter Induction date, time, duration, and the maximum number of operatives able to
attend the induction. - Add any additional relevant information
The induction can be repeated by clicking the tick box to repeat for as long as required
Click save
A confirmation of the session is displayed
To see booked upcoming sessions or add another session click the text to do so.
Booking Operatives
- Click View Sessions
- Find the session you want to book inductions against
- Click on the arrow then click Book Operatives
- Click in the Available Operatives dropdown to find the operatives organisation.
- Select the Organisation from the list displayed
- A list of operatives who work for that company will display.
Should the list be extensive use the search bar to find the required operative.
- Click the + to add an operative to the course
- The operative will then appear in the Booked Operatives list on the right of the screen.
- If an error has been made click on the – sign on the right of the screen to remove an operative form the induction.
- When finished click Back
- The session list of operatives and number of available spaces will display
This feature is permissions based. If you would like access to this feature please discuss with your Business Development Manager or Account Manager.
