Key Roles |
Can invite people who work for subcontractors to become Organisation Admins and also can add operatives to the system. *May also need to add Principal Contractor operatives, who are not going to be admins, but need to access site* *This feature is permission dependant. Speak to your internal Biosite Champion / Account Manager for support* |
Can upload information about Operatives and invite their company operatives to do the Online Induction. They cannot do the Online Induction for the operative.
If the Delivery Management System is in use they can also access this feature to make delivery booking requests.
*This feature is permission dependant and can be amended by portal admins with appropriate permissions. *

Can upload information about themselves including any competencies and also watch any video/slideshow in the induction. Often will have to answer a quiz to prove information has been absorbed. |
Login Details |
Login is usually an email address e.g. If the Portal Admin also has an operative account their username can be either firstname.lastname.1 or name@emailaddress.com depending on which username came first. |
Login is usually an email address e.g. Org.admin@subcontractor.com |
Login is usually a variant of the operatives name e.g. new.operative.1 |
