Specific job types can have rules attached to them so for example, a plant operator must have the appropriate CPCS card to perform their function on site safely.
- In the portal, select Users and select Settings
- In the list find Trade, you can use the search bar- click on Trade
- Click Options
- Select the Job you want to add a role for
- Click Add Rule
- Select all the qualifications that the operative needs from the list.
Note: Operatives can only select one qualification from this list if another qualification is also required another rule needs to be created
Selected credentials have a cross next to them in the list additionally a total of choices appears on the left of the screen
- Click Usage
- Name the rule
Mandatory | Needed for registration and access |
Required | Not needed for registration but needed for access |
Desired | Not needed for registration or access nice to have |
- Click Save
- Repeat for each rule required for the role by clicking Add Rule
