Biosite allows you to record all your local training courses. This guide will show you how to add your internal training courses.
- In the Portal, click on All Tools then select Training
- Click Add New Course
- Type in the Course name and course overview
- Available Online - if yes allows operatives to access and complete course content online. Courses that are available online must have course content
- Award Expires – if yes you can set an end date if required
- Single organisation classes -restrict course to one organisation
- Supervisor required - Yes/No
- Organiser receives training - Each time the course is delivered the organiser is recorded as receiving training
- Organiser requires user type- Organiser needs to be a certain type of user (click on the drop down to select a type)
- Course Categories- Select the category your course belongs to. Click here to configure categories
Content
- To attach content to a course click Content.
- You can upload a document by clicking Choose File.
- Videos can be added as content - to add your video to the portal please contact Support.
Once done, click Create Course, your new course will show in the list
