Users - Manually verifying qualifications (permissions included)

Biosite can verify some qualifications automatically online however this is not the case for all accreditations and so some will need to be manually verified.

In order to manually verify a credential the administrator will need the following permission:

Manage qualification verification permission checked in their user permissions list

• Once the qualification details and document image have been uploaded the top of the screen will display a message if the accreditation hasn't been verified. A yellow warning will display This qualification has not been verified.

• If you are satisfied that the document presented is genuine and in order select yes on the manually verified button at the bottom of the screen- This will override any automatic verification
• Click the Update qualification button.

• The qualification will now be displayed in the list of qualifications for that operative
• It will be marked with a green tick to indicate that it has been verified and by whom.

Repeat the process for any other qualifications required.
