Users - deleting an operative account permanently

• In the Portal select Users from the Dashboard menu then select Operative Search

• Enter two or more fields to use to identify operatives
• Click search bottom right

The user will display -to check details of the user click the eye icon on the right of the screen
This data can be downloaded by clicking the down pointing arrow icon to the right of the eye icon

• Clicking the red icon below will add the user to the white list of users who have unrestricted access to all sites where the user white list is enabled.
• Clicking the red bin icon below will permanently delete the user.
  This data cannot be recovered
