Organisations - Merge / Deleting an organisation

WARNING This process is irreversible – your identity will be recorded for auditing purposes.

• In the portal click All Tools, select Organisations 
• The list of organisations will display.

(The date and time they were created and how many operatives belong to each organisation will display)

• Use the search bar to find the organisation in question or scroll through the list.
• Click on the organisation you would like to delete.

WARNING This process is irreversible – your identity will be recorded for auditing purposes.

• To delete the organisation click Delete organisation.
• You will need to confirm the deletion.
• If the organisation has operatives, you will need to move the users to another organisation.

• Select the organisation you would like to move the users to.
• Once selected tick the box to confirm you have understood that the operation cannot be undone.
• Click Confirm Delete

• If the Organisation does not have operatives, select the organisation from the list.

• Click Delete organisation then click Confirm Delete
