This guide is aimed at a user who wants to see up-to-date information in report form when the local PC is unavailable.
- In the portal, click Reports and select Site Reports
- Select the region under which your site is located
- Select the Reports category e.g. Time and Attendance
- Select the Report you would like to run from the list e.g. Daily Access (Summary).
- You can adjust the filters using the blue tabs at the top.
- Examples of the most popular filters are:
a. Dates Filter the date range.
b. Organisations Filter out to certain companies.
c. User Fields Can add any extra fields to the report such as Trade.
- Click Generate to run the report
