Configuration - activating and deactivating organisation admin account

This will show you how to activate or deactivate a portal administrators account

• In the Portal, click on All Tools then select Configuration
• Under the Administration section click Users

• Search for the User using the search bar or scroll through the list
• To deactivate the user click on the orange lock icon

• Once deactivated the account may disappear from the list. To view the deactivated account untick the Show only Active users
• To reactivate the account, click on the Blue lock icon
