This will show you how to activate or deactivate a portal administrators account
- In the Portal, click on All Tools then select Configuration
- Under the Administration section click Users
- Search for the User using the search bar or scroll through the list
- To deactivate the user click on the orange lock icon
- Once deactivated the account may disappear from the list. To view the deactivated account untick the Show only Active users
- To reactivate the account, click on the Blue lock icon
