This guide has been created so the Portal or Organisation Administrators can still create an account for any users/operatives who do not have an email address. Any username and password will need to be communicated to the operative so they can complete their online induction.
- In the portal click on Users and select the organisation you want to add the operative to.
- Click Add operative then enter the first name and last name leave the email address field blank
- Click Save.
- Select operative from the list displayed
- In the Summary section, click on Edit account
- Click Reset password which can be found on the right side
- Enter a password and confirm it in the second text box
- Click Set new password.
Username and password must now be communicated to the user along with the Biosite URL to facilitate their online induction.
