Site PC - Reports

This guide is aimed at people who need to extract data from Biosite at site without access to the portal

In the Local Machine, select Reports from the main menu

Select from the row of options at the top of the screen the type of report required;

• Roll-call Users
• Roll-call Visitors
• Basic
• Time and Attendance
• Carbon (BREEM)
• Advanced
• Legacy

Bulk Reports Select from list of reports down the left hand side of the screen in blue writing.
The example below shows the list from Basic Reports

• The example shows the Training Summary Report.

A list of people and the internal courses they have completed and when they expire will be generated.

• To configure this report select check boxes of the appropriate courses in the Course tab
• Select from the Training Summary report

• Select the courses you want to run the report against
• Select the Training Summary Options tab and select your preferred filter
• Finally Click Generate

The required report will display.

This can be output by clicking the blue buttons in the top right hand side of the screen that offer the following options

• Print
• Export as a CSV
