First-time login guide for Biosite Portal Administrators

Welcome to the Biosite Portal! As an Administrator, follow these steps to log in for the first time:

• Check your email: You should have received a password reset email from no-reply@biositesystems.com. This email contains your username and a link to the portal
• Note your username: Your username is typically your email address. Keep it handy for the next steps
• Click the link!

• Set your password:
  • Decide on a secure password
  • Enter it in both boxes provided
  • Click Save
  • Click Go to login.

• Login:
  
  • Enter your username (from the email you received)
  • Type in the password you just created
  • Click Login.

• Troubleshooting:
  • If you encounter any issues during login, reach out to your internal Biosite Champion (the person who manages Biosite for your company).
