Site PC - Manage Users - Issuing a report card

• On the Local system, click on Manage Users , then Browser users
• Select/Search for the user - double click on their name
• In the operative's profile- click Report Cards to see any cards or issue a new one

Records can be amended here, a fingerprint may be required in some configurations

• Clicking Show Expired- will display previously issued and expired report cards

• To issue a card click Issue card and select the Card name- (which is the type of card)

• Type in the reason and click Issue

• To stop access to sites, the card is usually red, with yellow being a warning.

• Once you have selected the card, click Issue.

  Your configuration may require an Admin to process it.

• If a fingerprint is required, place your finger on the scanner to confirm the card.

An administrator may be needed to give a fingerprint confirming the ban if the configuration requires
