The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate how to add a new user with facial recognition to the system.
- Click on the Add/Verify User icon top right
- Capture Fingerprints (Minimum 2 recommended- This is necessary for de-duplication purposes)
- Click the cross and place a finger on the reader unit
- Remove finger when advised - Repeat for other fingers
- Categorise the user and allocate the access rights
- Select Use Induction Code to add someone with an induction Code, if you are not using online inductions select Manual Input
- If a match is found check the green select this user tick box and click the blue merge profile box bottom right of the screen
Taking a photo
High Photo quality can be achieved by:

- Making sure you're in good lighting
- Make sure there are no face coverings i.e Face masks or hats
- Making sure you try to maintain a neutral facial expression
- Trying to keep your mouth closed and eyes open.
- Making sure you're not too far from the camera
- Making sure there are no other faces behind you.
- Click Take Photo
Once you have taken your photo- you will see the quality of the photograph with any suggestions on how to improve it.

- Address the issues on the screen then retake the photo by clicking Take Photo

Note; good images are more reliable at the turnstile poor ones may cause access issues
- Click next
- Fill in all the missing data, red fields are mandatory
- The Site tab is used to collect data that is site specific and can not be done on line
- Fill in Basic Trade to identify the reason why the operative is on site
- Select the mode of transport and click estimate to establish the distance travelled to site -This facilitates carbon reporting
- Fill in the health section
- Fill in the corporate section
- Fill in the education section
- Check data
- Click the blue Save icon top right of the screen to finalise the process.
