Site PC - Configure - Holding pen

The purpose of this article is to

• Demonstrate how to set up the Holding Pen on the Local Machine

Setting up the Holding Pen

• Select Configure then select Advanced
• Under Configure Access Control select Holding Pen

• Tick Holding Pen Enabled and select your requirements 

• Select Zones- Tick the zones you want the Holding Pen applied to

   

Set a number for days (if a person hasn’t accessed site for that number of days)

Viewing the Holding Pen

Anyone in the holding pen can be released back onto the site if the appropriate person agrees

• In the Main menu, select Manage Users and then Holding Pen
• You can use the search bar to find a user and click the three dots in the last column
• The reason the user is in the Holding Pen is displayed in the Reason(s) column.
