Site Monitor
Site monitor information is available without logging in
From the Main Menu select either of the two Site Monitor icons
- The first page displays the numbers on site, if you have more than 1 zone you will also see the zone breakdown
- The bottom half of the screen displays access events.
Access Events
The access events show when operatives have entered or left the site.
Events Colour | Meaning | Usual Event |
Green | Access Granted | shows when a user has successfully entered or left the site via your access control. |
Red | Access Denied | displays when a user has been restricted from accessing the site by report card or holding pen. |
Amber | User Not recognised | shows when a user attempts to access the site however they have not been recognised |
Blue | Manual Movement/Auto Clockout | shows when a user has been automatically clocked out or manually moved from the zone |
- Clicking on each line will display the operative's photo, name, organisation, and trade.
Site Dashboard
Click on the top left icon - the site dashboard will display
The dashboard will show the:
- Top 10 basic trades currently on site
- Top 10 organisations currently on site
- The number of operatives on site and which zone they are in
The bottom section of the screen displays the number of:
- First Aiders currently on site
- Fire Marshalls currently on site
- SSSTS or equivalent qualified operatives currently on site
- SMSTS or equivalent qualified operatives currently on site
Logging In
Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
If you have a portal account with sufficient permissions you will be able to log into the local system with the same details (usernames and passwords are case-sensitive)
