CSCS and partner card verification

New Features

• A new CSCS SmartCheck tab now appears when adding a qualification if it can be automatically verified through the CSCS SmartCheck service and a valid response has been received.
  
  This tab shows the official card details from CSCS, including:

• • Card number

  • Expiry date (or “No expiry” if not provided)

  • Cardholder photo

  • Card type (or “None” if not provided)

  • Qualifications listed on the card (sorted alphabetically)
    

Fixes and improvements

• Card mappings have been added or updated for several schemes to support improved auto-verification:

• • New and updated CPCS categories, including vehicle-specific endorsements
  • Additional NPORS trained and competent operator cards
  • Correct mapping of previously unmapped cards from CCDO, CISRS, LISS, CSCS, and Q-card/GQA schemes

Fixes and improvements

• The system now adheres to the maximum user limit set by each site’s licence. Any attempts to add users beyond this limit will be declined with a clear message explaining the reason.
