When a site has licensed the right to work checks with access control new holding pen options are available to further control how operatives are able to enter areas of the site.
Initially the requirement of a successful right to work check is disabled but can be enabled by selecting Yes for the Right to work status setting.
Once enabled, all operatives registered on this site will be required to have successfully proven their right to work digitally and/or physically in-person through PPAC. Operatives working for an organisation that is exempt from right to work checks will not be required to prove their right to work.
Enabling this setting also provides further options to require that all operatives must have proven their right to work physically in-person through PPAC and to set a deferred enforcement date only after which the right to work checks will be required from.
Operatives failing to meet the right to work checks holding pen rules will be listed in the holding pen with the specific reason and will be unable to access areas of the site that the holding pen is enabled for.
