This feature is located within the Settings of the Users tool.
Users with Manage right to work configuration permission are able to configure which organisations operatives are members of are exempt from requiring right to works checks.
Configuration
Viewing current configuration
The current list of organisations that are exempt from requiring right to works checks can be seen by navigating to the right to work settings page.
When right to work checks are first enabled no organisations will be exempt.
Making an organisation exempt
An organisation can be made to have its operatives exempt from right to work checks by adding it to the list of exempt organisations and saving.
After making an organisation exempt from right to work checks, all operatives that are members of that organisation will automatically complete the right to work checks step of the online induction, and will receive an induction code if that was the only remaining step.
When viewing an operative profiles for an operative who is a member of an exempt organisation you will still be shown the right to work checks step as completed.
Viewing the detailed right to works page of an operative profile will confirm that the operative is a member of an organisation that is exempt and is not required to compete the right to work checks.
Removing exemption from an organisation
The exemption for an organisation to not require right to work checks can be removed by removing the organisation from the list of exempt organisations.
All operatives who are members of an organisation that has its exemption status removed may be required to complete right to work checks.
