Fixes and Improvements

When an operative profile does not have a profile photo set, the profile photo will now be set to the photo returned by CSCS SmartCheck for all schemes that return a photo. Previously Biosite was only setting the operative photo if the photo returned by CSCS SmartCheck was of a specific format.

Removal of auto-verification

Some CPCS categories in Biosite have had the Auto-verify setting removed and will no longer attempt to automatically verify with CPCS SmartCheck.

This is because these categories have vehicle specific endorsement categories that will automatically verify correctly. These vehicle specific endorsement categories were added in a previous Biosite list and are listed here: Biosite 8.206.1 - CPCS - New CPCS Categories

CPCS categories that do not have vehicle specific endorsement categories remain with the Auto-verify setting enabled and will automatically verify correctly.

NPORS

This release of Biosite now correctly auto-verifies NPORS categories that an operative has on their NPORS CSCS cards.

NPORS cards verified with CSCS SmartCheck can return different vehicle specific endorsements for the same category. Biosite will auto-verify both the category and endorsement as this accurately matches what is printed on the back of the physical NPORS CSCS cards.

Using examples listed below, NPORS - C001A is a distinct and separate Biosite qualification to NPORS - C001B1, NPORS - C001B2, and NPORS - C001B3, despite all nominally being the C001 training category.

It should also be noted that most NPORS categories returned by CSCS SmartCheck begin with a C whereas NPORS refers to categories as starting with an N. Biosite has chosen to use the exact code and wording used on the physical card to ensure that Biosite and CSCS SmartCheck are always aligned with the data being displayed.

Biosite does not currently include vehicle attachments or restrictions as part of the CSCS SmartCheck verification process. Displaying this information within Biosite will be in a future release.
