Biosite qualifications

A new message is displayed to portal administrators or organisation administrators when adding a Biosite qualification that can be automatically verified with CSCS SmartCheck but the CSCS SmartCheck response matches to a different Biosite qualification than the one originally selected.

When this occurs, the user is able to add the Biosite qualification that was matched to and have it recorded as automatically verified.

This is to help users distinguish between CSCS SmartCheck response returning no matching response, and the CSCS SmartCheck response matching to a different Biosite qualification.

User account permissions

User account permissions that previously allowed users to create new organisations now no longer provide this functionality.

Users now require Add Organisation permission in addition to their permissions to be able to create new organisations.

Users assigned permissions or user account roles that would have previously been able to create new organisations have automatically been assigned the Add Organisation permission to avoid affecting their current usage of the system.
