Holding pen view
Users with the Access Holding Pen View permission can now access detailed information about operatives in the holding pen for their respective site.
Holding pen summary
By tapping Holding pen on the Site welcome screen, users can view a high-level summary of holding pen data for the respective site.
This page provides an overview of the total number of operatives in the holding pen and how many are currently on site. It also includes a pie chart showing the distribution of reasons for being in the holding pen, along with a numbered breakdown below.
Holding pen list
When users tap View operatives in the holding pen, the app displays a list of operatives in the holding pen for that site, categorised by on-site and off-site.
Users can filter this list by reason, organisation, last seen, and operative location.
When an operative tile is tapped, the match pop-up appears and shows why the operative is in the holding pen, from here the user can view the operative profile.
Navigating between pages
On the holding pen summary page, each section is interactive. Users can tap on the total number in the holding pen, the pie chart, or any individual reason. Tapping a reason filters the list accordingly. When filters are applied, users can navigate between the summary and list while retaining the filters.
Right to work
In order to link up operative records between PPAC and Biosite an operative's PPAC code must be added to their profile. This can be done both by the operative via the Biosite portal, or by a supervisor using Biosite Mobile. Once linked, Biosite will keep the operative's right to work status up to date with the status within PPAC.
Biosite Mobile - viewing right to work status
Biosite mobile is a useful tool for supervisors to view and manage an operative's right to work status. The operative Profile page on the mobile app will have a Right to work button if right to work is configured and the logged-in user has the Manage operative right to work status permission.
On the Right to work button, the app displays a status message regarding the respective operative's right to work status.
When the Right to work button is tapped, the app displays detailed information about the operative's right to work status. The app caters for each of the statuses from PPAC.
Biosite Mobile - entering a PPAC code
When viewing an operative's right to work status via the mobile app status is Checks are needed, the mobile app provides the ability to enter the operative's PPAC code.
Biosite Mobile - holding pen status
When right to work has been enforced for access, when an operative has been identified via the mobile app and is in the holding pen due to their right to work status, this will be displayed in the match pop-up.
