Competency Requirements

It is now possible to configure competency rules to require either the completion of a training course or the upload of a verified qualification in order to be met. Previously competency rules could not require the upload of verified qualifications when training courses were also selected.

Operative Profile

The induction progress bar has been updated to indicate when an operative has outstanding competency requirements that need to be met to complete the induction. Navigating to the operative Competency requirements page will provide a breakdown of each unmet rule.

Manually verifying qualifications for an unmet competency rule has been streamlined from the Competency requirements page by clicking through to the field where it is now possible to click on relevant qualifications to manually verify.

When adding a qualification that can be automatically verified it is now possible to additionally upload documents as supporting evidence.

A message is now displayed beneath a field when the field has competency rules configured against the selected answer and all competency rules for that answer have been met. This is to help reinforce to users that there are no further actions required for this specific field.

Fixes and Improvements

• Biosite no longer assumes that all ECS - Craft cards are Gold in colour.
• Changes to a site’s active status is now recorded in the application audit log.
