Operative profile competency requirements summary

A new screen has been developed within the operative profile to show all competency rules that apply to an operative from the answers selected in the profile questions.

Unmet competency rules which are configured to be required for registration block the completion of the profile step in the online induction and therefore issuing of the online induction code.

This screen is to aid administrators in further understanding why the profile step may be incomplete, and additionally provide information to regarding the steps necessary to complete any unmet competency rules that are blocking the completion of the profile step.

Operative training hub

The operative training hub now also lists all unmet competency rules that the operative is required to complete when they log into the system.

Clicking into each competency provides specific information to the operative on what they need to do to complete the rule requirements.

Once all steps in the online induction are completed, and all competency rules have been met, the system will generate and issue the online induction code.
